Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped using Australia Post Standard Parcel Post, with a flat rate shipping fee of $10.

As all of our items are made to order please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be made and dispatched, unless otherwise communicated. Once your order is made and dispatched estimated delivery times are generally 3 – 10 business days. Please allow more time for your parcel to arrive during peak delivery times.

Orders can be upgraded to Express Post with an additional fee, please contact us with your request to upgrade before placing an order as the checkout postage charge only covers standard postage. We will do our best to get your items to you as fast as possible but we work by date priority for making and dispatching orders.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking number. Your tracking number can be used to track the location and delivery time for your parcel. Please contact Auspost with inquires on updates and delays regarding your parcel.

Custom Size Baby Sheets can accept no responsibility for damages, loss or delivery delay, once your parcel has been dispatched it is in the control of Australia Post.

Shipping is only available in Australia.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Please take care in choosing and purchasing the correct items you need. Measure your mattress size referencing the sizes listed on our website before placing your order.

Custom size items and special request items are unable to be refunded if you have provided the incorrect measurement when placing your order. We are unable to cancel an order once it is in production stage or has been shipped. You will need to wait until the goods are received via post and returned back to us before we can process a refund for change of mind cancellations.

You can return or exchange an item purchased within 10 business days. Items must be in brand new condition; unused, unwashed and in the original packaging. Ensure your items fit your mattress before washing them as used products including washed items can not be refunded.

All items are inspected and measured before packing to ensure a quality product is sent out, if for any reason your items has a fault please contact us within 10 business days to arrange a replacement.

Please contact us before sending goods back for return or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable and it is the customer’s responsibility to cover shipping costs to return the items back to us.
