What is the shipping cost for custom size baby sheets?
We offer a flat rate of $10 for all orders of custom size baby sheets and standard sizes shipped within Australia via Australia Post Standard Parcel Post.
Do you ship custom size baby sheets outside Australia?
At this stage, we only ship within Australia to ensure fast, reliable delivery for our customers.
How long will it take to receive my custom size baby sheets?
Because every set of custom size baby sheets is made to order, please allow up to 5 business days for production.
Once dispatched, Australia Post delivery times are generally 3–10 business days.
During peak seasons, delivery may take a little longer.
Can I get my custom size baby sheets faster?
Yes — you can upgrade to Express Post for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order, as checkout only calculates standard postage.
How will I know when my custom sheets are on their way?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking number so you can follow the delivery of your custom size baby sheets.
What if my parcel is delayed or lost?
Once dispatched, your parcel is in the hands of Australia Post. For delivery delays or tracking issues, please contact Australia Post directly. We cannot take responsibility for delays, loss, or damage after dispatch.
Can I return or exchange custom size baby sheets?
We cannot accept returns for custom size baby sheets if incorrect measurements were provided at checkout, so please measure your mattress carefully before ordering.
For standard sizes, returns or exchanges are accepted within 10 business days if items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Can I cancel my order for custom size baby sheets?
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started or after they have been shipped.
What if my custom size baby sheets are faulty?
All sheets are carefully inspected and measured before dispatch. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 10 business days to arrange a replacement.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
